What happens if I'm not at home to receive my order?

The timing of the delivery will be pre-arranged with you.


Our friendly delivery team will call you for a gentle reminder before delivering the items. Should you not able to answer their call, they will still proceed to deliver your item.


In the event that there is no one is at home to receive the delivery, our team will leave a “not in” card stating that they attempted to deliver the item. You may call 6338 4895 stated on the “not in” card to arrange for another delivery schedule.
