I've changed my mind and would like to cancel my order. What should I do?

Should you wish to cancel your pre-paid order before it is ready for delivery (within 1 hour once email confirmation of your order has been sent out), simply visit any of our retail stores or contact us here, you will be refunded fully via your payment mode through credit card within fourteen (14) working days, subject to the processing duration of the bank.
